Andar is one of the eastern districts of Ghazni Province in Afghanistan. The population has been estimated at 106,000, all Pashtun. The district center is Miray. The main source of income in the district is agriculture, which has been seriously affected by drought. Most roads are bad and unpaved. The main highway between Ghazni city and Paktika province is paved, though damaged from attacks. There is one hospital and several schools.

The district is 715 km2 wide, containing 66 villages and a population of about 44,386. Ramak serves as the district's headquarters.
