Palermo, Buenos Aires

Palermo is a neighborhood, or barrio of the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires. It is located in the northeast of the city, bordering the barrios of Belgrano to the north, Almagro and Recoleta to the south, Villa Crespo and Colegiales to the west and the Río de la Plata river to the east. With a total area of 17.4 km, Palermo is the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires. As of 1991 it had a population of 256,927 inhabitants. It is the only barrio within the administrative division of Comuna 14.

Estadio Don León Kolbovski

Estadio Don León Kolbowsky is a multi-use stadium in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is currently used mostly for football matches and hosts the home matches of Club Atlético Atlanta. The stadium is able to hold 34,000 people and was built in 1960.

Villa Crespo is a middle-class neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina, located in the geographical centre of the city. It had a population of 83,646 people in 2001, and thus population density of 23,235 inhabitants/km². Villa Crespo is also sometimes referred to as Palermo Queens.

Avenida Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz

Avenida Scalabrini Ortiz is an avenue that runs through Villa Crespo and Palermo neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and goes from southwest to northeast, parallel Avenida Juan B. Justo. It starts at Avenida Warnes, and ends at Avenida Figueroa Alcorta. In 1867, when this avenue was still a dirt track, it was named El Camino del Ministro Inglés (English Minister's Road), because English diplomat Henry Southern used it to go downtown from the country house where he lived with his family.
