Economy of Armenia

Armenia is the second most densely populated of the former Soviet republics because of its small size. It is situated between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, bordered on the north and east by Georgia and Azerbaijan and on the south and west by Iran and Turkey. Bagratashen

Bagratashen (Armenian: Բագրատաշեն; until 1960, Lambalu, from 1960-1972, Debedashen or Debetashen) is a town in the Tavush Province of Armenia, on the border of the Republic of Georgia. The town was renamed in honor of Bagrat Vardanian (1894-1971), Hero of Socialist Labor.
