Zlynka

Zlynka is a town and the administrative center of Zlynkovsky District of Bryansk Oblast, Russia, located on the Zlynka River 225 kilometers southwest of Bryansk close to the border with Belarus. Population: 5,507; 5,372; 5,586. It was founded in 1702 as a settlement of Old Believers. Town status was granted to it in 1925.

The area of the district is 735 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the town of Zlynka. Population: 12,917; 14,056; 17,205. The population of Zlynka accounts for 42.6% of the district's total population.

Sankovo-Medvezhye

Sankovo-Medvezhye (Russian: посёлок Саньково и посёлок Медвежье, Belarusian: Санькова-Мядзьвежжа) is a Russian exclave in Belarus (with an area of 454 hectares, 4.5 km² or 1.7 sq mi). It is situated in the east of Dobrush Raion of Homiel Voblast, 5 km from the Russian village of Dobrodeyevka. Sankovo-Medvezhye is a part of Zlynkovsky District of Bryansk Oblast and is just 800 m (½ mi) from the Russian border, from which it is separated by marshes.
