Dzhendema

Dzhendema or Djendema, meaning "hell", applies to the South slope of Mount Botev, 2376 m above sea level, the highest peak in the Balkan mountain range in Bulgaria {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:42|41|41|N|24|54|41|E|region:BG | |name= }}. It is also called the Southern Dzhendem. It was established as reserve on March 28, 1953. Djendema encompasses 42.2 km², and is the largest reserve in the mountain and the second largest reserve in Bulgaria.

Raysko Praskalo

Raysko Praskalo (Bulgarian: Райско пръскало, "Heavenly Spray"), 124.5 m in height, is the highest waterfall in Bulgaria and the Balkans. It is located under Botev Peak (2,376 m) in the Balkan Mountains and is part of the Dzhendema Reserve of the Central Balkan National Park. The waterfall feeds of the snow drifts on Botev Peak. Splashes of water falling from an incredible height - 124,5 meters create a spectacular sight and a sense of wonder in the beholder.

Tundzha

The Tundzha is a river in Bulgaria and Turkey and the most significant tributary of the Maritsa, emptying into it on Turkish territory near Edirne. The river takes its source from the central parts of Stara Planina north of Kalofer, it then flows east and makes a sharp turn to the south before Yambol, in which direction it flows until it reaches the Maritsa. The Tundzha's length on Bulgarian territory is 350 km.

Babsko Praskalo

Babsko Praskalo is a waterfall in the Central Balkan National Park, Balkan Mountains, central Bulgaria. With a height of 54 m the waterfall is among the lowest in the area. Babsko Praskalo is located near the Rusalka and Ravna refuges, on the path between the village of Tazha and Tazha Refuge. The waterfall is situated on the river Babska which is a tributary of Tazha.

Sredna Gora

Sredna Gora is a mountain range in central Bulgaria, situated south of and parallel to Balkan mountain range (Stara Planina) and extending from the Iskar River to the west and the elbow of Tundzha north of Yambol to the east. Sredna Gora is 285 km long, reaching 50 km at its greatest width. Its highest peak is Golyam Bogdan at 1,604 m .
