Yugoiztochen

Yugoiztochen is one of Bulgaria's planning regions. The capital is Burgas. It includes: Burgas Province, Sliven Province, Yambol Province and Stara Zagora Province. Mostly inhabited by Bulgarians, Roma one of the highest rates in country. It's the least densely populated region in the country. Boyadzhik

Boyadzhik is a village in Tundzha Municipality of Yambol Province, Bulgaria. Situated 22 km west of the city of Yambol, and 8 km southwest of the joint United States-Bulgarian Bezmer Air Base, at an elevation 153 m. Population 1,514. It is the birthplace of Ivan Atanasov, the father of John Vincent Atanasoff.

Upper Thracian Plain

The Upper Thracian Plain (Bulgarian: Горнотракийска низина, Gornotrakiyska nizina) constitutes the northern part of the historical region of Thrace. It is located in southern Bulgaria, between the Sredna Gora mountains to the north and west; the Rhodopes, Sakar and Strandzha to the south; and the Black Sea to the east. A fertile agricultural region, the Upper Thracian Plain proper has an area of 6,032 square kilometres and an average elevation of 168 metres .
