Petite Riviere Bridge, Nova Scotia
Petite Riviere is a small village on the South Shore in Nova Scotia in Canada. It is located about 20 minutes outside of Bridgewater. It is located between Rissers Beach Provincial Park and the community of Green Bay. The local people commonly call the village simply "Petite". The bridge over the Petite Rivière was destroyed in 2002 and has been replaced by a single lane "temporary" bailey bridge.

Petite Rivière
Petite Rivière is a river in Nova Scotia, Canada located entirely within Lunenburg County. It is fed by numerous lakes and a portion of the watershed is the drinking water supply for the Town of Bridgewater. Three of the lakes on Petite Rivière (Hebb, Millipisigate and Minamkeak) are the only known habitat of the Atlantic Whitefish. Through damming of the lakes, some of the water that once fed the Medway River now flows through the Petite Rivière system.
