Major Justino Mariño Cuesto Air Base (Spanish: Base Aérea Mayor Justino Mariño Cuesto) is a Colombian military base assigned to the Colombian Air Force (Fuerza Aérea Colombiana or FAC) Maintenance Air Command (Comando Aéreo de Mantenimiento or CAMAN). The base is located in Madrid, a municipality in the Cundinamarca department of Colombia. It is named in honor of Major Justino Mariño Cuesto.

Madrid is a town and municipality in the Department of Cundinamarca, Colombia. The city is located at 19 miles from Bogotá City. The city's main and biggest industry is the growing of flowers, especially roses which are mostly exported to the United States and Japan. Madrid is well known because it harbors the Academy of Suboficiales (non-commissioned officers) of the Colombian Air Force.

Piedras del Tunjo Archaeological Park

Piedras de Tunja is an important archaeological park established on a natural rocky shelter 40 km west of Bogotá in the city of Facatativá. In ancient times it used to be the shore of a large lake flooding the Savannah of Bogotá. It was used by the Muisca rulers as a refuge during the time of the Spanish conquest. In fact, in this site the soldiers of Gonzalo Jimenez de Quesada killed the ruling Zipa Tisquesusa in 1537. The huge rocks are covered with pictographs made by ancient settlers.
