Historic church of Cúcuta
The Historic church of Cúcuta is in the locality of Villa del Rosario where Simón Bolívar, Francisco de Paula Santander and other important persons of the independence of Colombia and Venezuela reunited to sign the Constitution of Cúcuta on August 30 of 1821, which main target was the creation of one republic unifying New Granada (Colombia and Panama) and Venezuela.
