Værløse Municipality

Værløse was a municipality consisting of only one parish also named Værløse in the former Copenhagen County on the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in eastern Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 34 km², and in 2005 had a total population of 18,649. Its last mayor was Jesper Bach, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. He will be the first mayor of the newly formed Furesø municipality.

Furesø Municipality

Furesø Kommune is a municipality in Denmark. It has a population of 37,667 (2008) and an area of 55.68 km² (21.50 sq. mi.). The municipality belongs to the Copenhagen Capital Region and lies 20 km northwest of Copenhagen. Its mayor is Ole Bondo Christensen, a member of the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterne) political party.

Farum Park

Farum Park is a football stadium, located in Farum, Denmark and is the home ground of FC Nordsjælland. It has a capacity of 10,100 of which 9,800 are seated. Farum Park is the first stadium in the Danish Superliga with an artificial turf, installed in 2012. The grass is from Limonta Sport - a leading company in the production and distribution of synthetic grass for sports. Farum Park is a modern stadium with LED-banners, a hotel with 48 rooms and a fitness center.

Farum station

Farum station is the terminus of the Hareskovbanen radial of the S-train network around Copenhagen, Denmark. It is located about 1 km east of the old village Farum, but is the center of the modern Farum, which has grown up around the station.
