Svinninge Municipality

Until January 1, 2007 Svinninge municipality was a municipality in the former West Zealand County on the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in eastern Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 86 km², and had a population of 6,588 (2005). Its last mayor was Søren Christensen, representing Venstre, Denmark's Liberal Party. The site of the municipal council was the town of Svinninge. The municipality was formed in 1966, combining the parishes of Gislinge, Hjembæk, Svinninge, and Kundby.

Knabstrup

Knabstrup is a small railway town, with a population of 1,025 (as of January 1st, 2012), at the railroad between Kalundborg and Holbæk in Holbæk Municipality, Region Zealand in Denmark. Knabstrup Teglværk was a former brick and ceramic factory that was closed in 1988. It is currently being renovated into a center for ecological awareness by the local environmental collective Makvärket, which is located south of the town.

Lammefjord

The Lammefjord is a former body of water in Denmark at the base of the Odsherred peninsula. Previously a deeply branched arm of the sea leading west from the Isefjord, most of it is now reclaimed as agricultural land. The eastern third, outside the dyke at Avdebo, is still sea, but the name Lammefjord now usually refers only to the dry part west of the dyke. The sandy former sea bed is excellent agricultural land, especially for crops such as carrots and potatoes.

Tornved Municipality

Until January 1, 2007 Tornved municipality was a municipality in the former West Zealand County on the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 105 km², and had a total population of 9,135 (2005). Its last mayor was Jens Stenbæk, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Jyderup.
