Hainhausen

Hainhausen is first documented in 1108 and is the smallest of the five villages that make up the town of Rodgau. It was the site of the moated castle of the von Hagenhausens. The castle was destroyed in the Napoleonic wars. Its major claim to fame is its annual procession giving thanks to St. Rochus for deliverance during the plague that swept through the area in the 16th century.

Bieber, Offenbach

Bieber is a village situated in Hesse, Germany, with a total population of 14,761 as of 2004. Since 1938 it has been a part of Offenbach. Its geographical location is 50.089 north 8.803 east. Bieber is part of the S-Bahn Rhein-Main-System with two S-Bahn stations: Offenbach-Bieber station is near the centre of the village and the other is in the district of Bieber-Waldhof (3,500 Inhabitants in 2005).

Offenbach-Bieber station

Offenbach-Bieber is located on the Rodgau Railway in the Bieber district of the city of Offenbach am Main in the German state of Hesse. The Offenbach-Bieber–Dietzenbach railway also starts here. Today the station is served only by lines S1 and S 2 of the Rhine-Main S-Bahn. The station is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 5 station.
