Nesselberg

The Nesselberg is a ridge up to 378.2 m above sea level high in the Calenberg Highland which, together with the Kleiner Deister and the Osterwald, forms a group of three contiguous hill regions in the northwestern part of the Leine Uplands. Bennigsen Beavers

The Bennigsen Beavers are a German baseball and softball team in the Springer Ortsteil Bennigsen, southwest of Hannover. The club has at points in the past participated in the first division of the Baseball Bundesliga The first men's team currently plays in the Verbandsliga, the 4th tier of baseball in Germany.

Deister

The Deister is a chain of hills in the German state of Lower Saxony, about 15 mi (25 km) southwest of the city of Hanover. It runs in a north-westerly direction from Springe in the south to Rodenberg in the north. The next the chain of hills that attaches in the south is called Small Deister. It is surrounded by Springe, Wennigsen, Barsinghausen, Bad Nenndorf, Rodenberg and Bad Münder (counter-clockwise, starting in the south).
