Peraia, Pella

Peraía is a village in the Pella regional unit of Macedonia, Greece on the bank of Lake Vegoritida. The village is located south of the town of Arnissa within the Vegoritida Municipality which belongs to the Province of Edessa. The village was formerly inhabited by a Turkish-speaking Muslim population. The original Turkish name of the village was Kotsana. After the 1922 population exchange between Turkey and Greece, the village was inhabited by Greeks who had come from Asia Minor.

Kato Vermio

Kato Vermio is a mountain village and winter sports resort located in the Vermion Mountains of northern Greece. The village of Kato Vermio is located at a distance of 22 km from Veria and 93 km from Thessaloniki, in Imathia, Central Macedonia. The altitude of the village is 1400–1540 meters, the highest village in Greece.
