Ardameri

Ardameri is a village located in the regional unit of Thessaloniki, in Greece, at the foothill of Mount Chortiatis. It belongs to the traditional kind of Greek villages, as its houses are built scatteringly and its mazy pathways often lead to dead end. The village has 900 voters and only 125 permanent inhabitants. It belongs in the municipality of Koroneia, which contains also the villages Agios Vasileios, Gerakarou, Vasiloudi, and Lagkadikia.

Lake Koroneia

Lake Koroneia is a lake in the heart of the Thessaloniki regional unit in the Mygdonian basin in Greece. The lake is also known as Agios Vasileios after an homonymous village and as Lake Langada. It is located about 12 kilometres east of downtown Thessaloniki. The motorway Egnatia Odos passes along the north side of the lake, and the old Greek National Road 2 passes along the south side. The municipalities with shores on the lake are Koroneia, Langadas, and Egnatia.

Sedes Airport

Sedes Airport is a military airport 15 km east of Thessaloniki, Greece, and 3 km northwest of Thessaloniki's Makedonia International Airport. Sedes airport started operating during the Balkan Wars and has since been exclusively used by the Hellenic Air Force. Nowadays it also houses an aviation museum, displaying a variety of old aircraft types.
