Thyraion

Thyraion was a city in Arcadia, ancient Greece. It was already ruined in the 2nd century AD, when it was visited by Pausanias. It was near Hypsous, Zoetia and Paroria. Thyraion was founded by Thyraeus, a son of Lycaon. The location of Thyraion has been identified with that of the present village Pavlia, north of Megalopoli.

Valtetsi (village)

Valtetsi is a village in the municipal unit of Valtetsi, Arcadia, Greece. It is located in the Central Peloponessus in what is called the ορεινής Αρκαδίας at a distance of 12 km west of Tripoli and an altitude of 1,050 m. It is a small plain terrain surrounded by four hills: Chomatovouni, Mylos, Katsikeika and Dovrouleika.

Peloponnese

The Peloponnese, Peloponnesos, or Peloponnesus is a large peninsula, located in a region of southern Greece, forming the part of the country south of the Gulf of Corinth. During the late Middle Ages and the Ottoman era, the peninsula was known as the Morea (Greek: Μωρέας, colloq. Μωριάς), a name still in colloquial use. The peninsula is divided among three regions of Greece: most of it belongs to the Peloponnese region, and parts belong to the West Greece and Attica regions.
