Kwai Chung

Kwai Chung is a town in the New Territories of Hong Kong. Together with Tsing Yi Island, it is part of the Kwai Tsing District of Hong Kong. Kwai Chung is the site of the container port. It is also part of Tsuen Wan New Town. In 2000, it had a population of 287,000. Its area is 9.93 km² Kwai Chung is the home of the principal commercial cargo handling area of Hong Kong, the Kwai Chung Container Terminal, one of the largest and busiest port facilities in the world.

Kwai Chung Plaza

Kwai Chung Plaza (葵涌廣場) is a private housing estate and shopping centre in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. It was developed by Nan Fung Group in 1990. The shopping centre is full of small shops selling varieties of goods. It is adjacent to Kwai Fong Estate, Metroplaza and Kwai Fong Station. It comprises four levels of retail and three residential blocks, each of 31 floors. There are 8 units on each floor.

Metroplaza

Metroplaza (新都會廣場) is a shopping centre and office building in Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. Opposite to Kwai Fong Station of MTR, the mall is a shopping hub of adjacent areas of Kwai Fong, Lai King, Tsing Yi and Kwai Chung. While Metroplaza provides spacious shopping environment, another shopping centre Kwai Chung Plaza adjoining offers varieties of small shops. The mall is adjacent to Kwai Tsing Theatre.
