Albertirsa–Zakhidnoukrainskaya–Vinnytsia powerline

The Albertirsa–Zakhidnoukrainskaya–Vinnytsia powerline is a power transmission line between Ukraine and Hungary. It is a part of the former "Mir" transmission system between the Soviet Union and Comecon countries. As of today, it is the only 750 kV-powerline in Hungary and one of the few powerlines operated with this voltage in the European Union.

Pusztavacs

Pusztavacs is a village in Pest megye, Hungary, about 54 km south-east of the capital Budapest. Its population consists of 1530 inhabitants. Pusztavacs was first mentioned in records in 1274. It is notable for featuring the geographical centre of the country. To mark that centre, an 11 m high octagonal pyramid was built in 1978 by the plans of the architect József Kerényi. http://www.1hungary. com/info/pusztavacs/. The tower was burnt down in 2001 and later rebuilt in 2004.

Albertirsa

Albertirsa (also Alberti-Irsa, Slovak: Irša) is a town in Ceglédi kistérség, Pest megye, and the middle of the Great Hungarian Plain. Although it has got its town status in 2003, still has its village-scent that is so common for most of the inhabitations in the region.
