Moh Sarengat Stadium

Moh Sarengat is the name of a football stadium in Batang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. It was named after a former athlete from the local neighbourhood who once broke a new Asian sprint record (10.4 seconds) in the Asian Games IV held in 1962 in Jakarta. Pemalang Regency

Petarukan train collision

The Petarukan train collision occurred on 2 October 2010, at Petarukan, in Pemalang Regency of Central Java, Indonesia, when two high speed intercity trains collided with each other. Thirty-six people died as a result of the accident, and 50 people were reported injured.
