Al Tarmia or Tarmiyah is a town in the Al Faris district of the baghdad Governorate in Iraq. The area is a sparsely populated farming community. The population is made up of mostly Sunni peoples from various local tribes including the Dulaym, Al Bu Farraj and the Al Ddury.
