Valentia Young Islanders

Valentia Young Islanders are a Gaelic Athletic Association club from Valentia Island, South County Kerry, Ireland. They play in Division 5 of the county league and in the Kerry Novice Football Championship. The Young Islanders is one of the many clubs affected by mass emigration. The club lost 14 players (almost a complete team) in the last year. In 2013, the club no longer has sufficient players to field teams, and is seeking to merge with other local clubs.

Boyle River (Ireland)

The Boyle River is a river in Ireland. It flows from Lough Gara on the Mayo/Roscommon border and flows through Boyle to Lough Key. From there is flows eastwards through the village of Knockvicar to the River Shannon at Lough Drumharlow, near Carrick-on-Shannon.

River Inny

The River Inny is a river in Ireland. It flows from Lough Kinale under the Bridge of Finea into Lough Sheelin in County Cavan and heads south to Lough Derravaragh. From there is flows westwards to the River Shannon, which it joins at Lough Ree. It is not to be confused with the River Inny that flows in the Iveragh Peninsula, County Kerry. Ballymahon is the largest town located on the Inny.

Puffin Island (County Kerry)

Puffin Island (Oileán na gCánóg in Irish) is an uninhabited steep rocky island lying off the coast of the Iveragh Peninsula, County Kerry, Ireland. The island is about 1.5 km long and 0.7 km wide, and rises to 159 metres. It is separated from the mainland by Puffin Sound, which is only about 250 metres across.
