Nahal Tut, archaeological site
Nahal Tut is an archaeological site excavated along the streambed of the same name in northern Israel's Menashe Heights from February to July of 2005 by Amir Gorzalczany and Gerald Finkielsztejn in preparation for the northward extension of Highway 6. Trig Point N-568 is situated south of Nahal Melah highway (Hwy 70) about halfway between modern Bat Shlomo and Yokneam.

Plain of Manasseh
The Plain of Manasseh is a geographical region in northern Israel, located on the Carmel Range, between Mount Carmel and Mount Amir/Umm al-Fahm. While it is part of the mountain range, it is actually just 200 m above sea level on average, and peaks at 400 m. The plain is bordered by the Jezreel Valley to the northeast, the Yokne'am Stream to the northwest, Wadi Ara to the southeast, and the Nadiv Valley to the southwest. Hof HaCarmel Regional Council is a regional council located in the northern Israeli coastal plain. The council serves a large area, from Tirat HaCarmel in the north to Caesarea in the south. Its offices are located in Ein HaCarmel to the south of Haifa. The Chairman of the council is Carmel Sela. It's Zonal Engineer is the Architect Daniel Senerman.
