Kfar Ruppin is a kibbutz in the Beit She'an Valley about 5 km southeast of Beit She'an in northern Israel. A member of the Kibbutz Movement, it falls under the jurisdiction of Valley of Springs Regional Council. In 2006, the population was 450.

Masil al-Jizl was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated by the Israel Defence Force during the Arab-Israeli War. In 1945 the village had a population of 260.
