Dečanska Bistrica

The Dečanska Bistrica is a river in Kosovo. This 53 km-long right tributary to the White Drin river flows entirely within the western part of Kosovo. The name of the river, Bistrica, means "clearwater" in Serbian. The adjective Dečanska, "of Dečani", is added to distinguish it from other Bistrica rivers in the Metohija region: Pećka Bistrica, Prizrenska Bistrica, Kožnjarska Bistrica, Loćanska Bistrica, etc.

Pećka Bistrica

The Pećka Bistrica is a river in Kosovo. This 62 km-long right tributary to the White Drin river flows entirely within the south-western part of Kosovo. The name of the river, Bistrica, means "clearwater" in Serbian. The adjective Pećka, "of Peć", is added to distinguish it from other Bistrica rivers in the Metohija region: Dečanska Bistrica, Prizrenska Bistrica, Kožnjarska Bistrica, Loćanska Bistrica, etc.

Drsnik

Drsnik is a settlement in the Klina municipality of Kosovo. It is a settlement which has had a strong Serbian majority. In June 1999 the Serbian population fled due to war. Serbs returned to the village after five years, on June 2005. The church of St. Paraskeva, which dates back to the 16th century, was completely torched inside in June 1999 and is undergoing complete renewal and restoration of the surviving frescoes.
