Camp Doha

Camp Doha was the main US Army base in Kuwait, and played a pivotal role in the US military presence in the Middle East since the 1991 Gulf War and in the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The complex is located on a small peninsula on Kuwait Bay, west of Kuwait City. It was initially a large industrial warehouse complex and was taken in hand by the US Army for conversion to its current role in 1998 during Operation Desert Thunder. It has been continuously manned since.

Lightning (Entertainment City)

Lightning is a steel inverted roller coaster located at Entertainment City in Kuwait. The ride opened in 2004 and was built by Swiss manufacturers Bolliger & Mabillard. Lightning's layout is identical to that of the Batman: The Ride clone that appears in many Six Flags parks in the United States.

Al Salibikhaet Stadium

Al Salibikhaet Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Sulaibikhat, Kuwait. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Al Salibikhaet. The stadium holds 7,000 people.

Sulaibikhat

Sulaibikhat is a small area north of Kuwait City near Doha, Kuwait. Sulaibikhat has four residential blocks. It host a sporting team with the same name. A British camp was built in Sulaibikhat during the British mandate, and consisted of approximately 200 bungalow-style residential units, contained within a fenced area on the Persian Gulf.
