Lumapas is a mukim in the Brunei-Muara district of Brunei. It is located in the south of the Brunei-Muara district, bordering the water village mukims and Mukim Kianggeh to the north, Mukim Kota Batu and Pulau Berambang (Kota Batu) to the north and east, Limbang, Sarawak (Malaysia) to the east and south, Mukim Pengkalan Batu to the west and Mukim Kilanas to the west and north.

Jong Batu

Jong Batu is a rock outcrop located in the Brunei River. It is shaped such that when viewed from the shores of the Brunei River, it resembles a sinking ship, with the bow sticking out of the water. In Brunei folklore, the legend of Nakhoda Manis (literally the "Captain Manis" in Malay) tells of how an unfilial son was turned to the rock outcropping known as Jong Batu.

Istana Nurul Iman

The Istana Nurul Iman palace is the official residence of the Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah, and the seat of the Brunei government. The palace is located on a leafy, riverside sprawl of hills on the banks of the Brunei River, a few kilometers south of Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei's capital.

Sungai Kebun, Brunei-Muara

Sungai Kebun is a mukim in the Brunei-Muara district of Brunei. It is one of the six water village mukims. All the water village mukims are quite small in size and area and are water-bound. It is located in the heart of Brunei's capital, Bandar Seri Begawan on the waters of the Brunei river. Sungai Kebun is a part of the water village collective though it is actually considered as a mukim itself. It is adjacent to the other six water village mukims.

Brunei-Muara District

Brunei-Muara is the northern-most district in Brunei; it is the smallest of Brunei's four districts in term of area but by far the most populous, with over half the country's population. It is the most important and bustling district because the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan which is also the state capital is the seat of the government ministries and departmental headquarters as well as the centre of business activities. Other major town in the Brunei-Muara district include Muara town.
