The Omanaia River is a river of the Northland Region of New Zealand's North Island. It flows northwest from the Waima Forest, first as a stream and then as a silty arm of the Hokianga Harbour. The toiwnship of Rawene stands at the point where the river meets the main waters of the harbour.

Kohukohu, New Zealand
Kohukohu is an historic village on the Hokianga Harbour in the Northland Region of North Island. It was one of the first European settlements in New Zealand. Kohukohu is situated on the northern shore of the harbour where it splits into two rivers, the Mangamuka River branching inland to the northeast and the Waihou River leading towards the east past Mangungu, Horeke and Rangiahua.
