Kåfjorden (Alta)
Kåfjorden is a fjord in Alta Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway. The 7-kilometre long fjord branches off the main Altafjorden. The village of Kåfjord and Kåfjord Church both lie along the northern coast of the fjord. The European route E06 highway follows the northern shoreline of the fjord. A new bridge over the Kåfjorden to shorten the highway E6 route around the fjord is under construction and is expected to be completed by in late 2013.

Rock carvings at Alta
The Rock art of Alta (Helleristningene i Alta) are located in and around the municipality of Alta in the county of Finnmark in northern Norway. Since the first carvings were discovered in 1972, more than 6000 carvings have been found on several sites around Alta. The largest locality, at Jiepmaluokta about 4 kilometres outside of Alta, contains many thousand individual carvings and has been turned into an open-air museum.

Kåfjord Church is a parish church in Alta Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway. It is located in the village of Kåfjord. The church is part of the Alta parish in the Alta deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white wooden church was built in 1837 and it was consecrated by the Bishop Peder Kjerschow. It is the oldest surviving church in Alta municipality. The church seats about 300 people.
