Langfjord Church

Langfjord Church is a parish church in Alta Municipality in Finnmark county, Norway. It is located in the just outside the village of Langfjordbotn. The church is part of the Talvik parish in the Alta deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white wooden church was completed in 1891 and it was consecrated on 20 August 1891 by the Bishop Johannes Skaar. The church seats about 250 people.

Øksfjord Church

Øksfjord Church is a parish church in the municipality of Loppa in Finnmark county, Norway. It is located in the village of Øksfjord. The church is part of the Loppa parish in the Alta deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white stone church was built in 1954. The 210-seat church was designed by the architect Hans Magnus.

Stjernøya

Stjernøya is an island in western Finnmark county, Norway, sitting at the mouth of the Altafjorden on the south side of the Sørøysundet strait. It is divided among the municipalities of Loppa, Hasvik, and Alta. The highest point on the 248.1-square-kilometre island is the mountain Kjerringfjordfjellet at 960 metres above sea level. One of the larger fjords on the island is the Sørfjorden. There are very few residents on the mountainous island.
