Fjørtofta
Fjørtofta is an island in the municipality of Haram in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the northern part of the municipality of Haram, between the islands of Flemsøya (in Haram), Harøya, and Midøya and Dryna. Fjørtofta is a fairly flat island with agriculture and fishing being the main industries. The island has ferry connections to Brattvåg on the mainland of Haram and to Myklebost in Sandøy.

Flemsøya
Flemsøya (or Skuløya) is an island in the municipality of Haram in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island is located between the islands of Haramsøya and Fjørtofta. It is connected to Haramsøya by the Ullasund Bridge. The population (2001) of the island was 568. The eastern and southern coastline is flat, the rest of the island is mountainous. The highest point, Skulen is 492 metres tall. The village of Longva is located on the west side of the island.

Harøya
Harøya is a swampy island in the municipality of Sandøy in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is the largest island in the municipality. The island is located between the islands of Finnøya (to the northeast) and Fjørtofta (to the southwest). Steinshamn, the municipal center, is located at the north end of the island where there is a causeway connecting it to Finnøya.

Ullasund Bridge
Ullasund Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Ullasundet between the islands of Haramsøya and Flemsøya in the municipality of Haram in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The original bridge was opened in 1969. The Ulla lighthouse is located just northwest of the eastern end of the bridge. Many bridges need to be repaired because the salt in the seawater damages the concrete and the iron inside it. The old Ullasund Bridge actually had to be taken down, because it was too damaged.

Haramsøya
Haramsøya is an island in the municipality of Haram in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island is located between the islands of Lepsøya and Flemsøya, just 4 kilometres northwest of the mainland of Haram. The village of Austnes is located on the southeast part of the island. The Ulla lighthouse is located on the north end of the island. The island is connected to the mainland via a car ferry to the mainland and to Lepsøya. The Ullasund Bridge connects the island to Flemsøya.
