Harestua
Harestua is a small town in the south of Lunner, Oppland county, Norway. It has approximately 2500 inhabitants (2003), and serves as a commuter town to the capital Oslo. It is served by two railway station on the Gjøvik Line: Harestua Station and Furumo Station. Harestua maintains 6 neighbourhoods; Gamlefeltet, Nyfeltet, Vestbygda, Bjørgeseter, Haneknemoen (under construction) and Stryken.

Harestua Station
Harestua Station is a railway station on the Gjøvik Line at Harestua in Norway. The station was opened as Harestuen in 1901 as a stop for passengers and freight one years ahead of the opening of the Gjøvik Line in 1902. In 1971, the station became fully automatized and remote controlled. There is no ticket machine at the station.

Harestua Solar Observatory
Harestua Solar Observatory (Norwegian: Solobservatoriet på Harestua) is a solar observatory near Harestua in the municipality of Lunner, Oppland, Norway. It was used for solar research purposes from 1954 to 1986, and was subordinated the University of Oslo. From 1987 it was used for public courses, eventually run by astronomer Knut Jørgen Røed Ødegaard.

Bjørgeseter Station
Bjørgeseter Station is an abandoned railway station on the Gjøvik Line at Bjørgeseter in Lunner, Norway. The station was opened in 1902 as Bjørgesæter, and received its current name in 1921. The station was closed following NSB Gjøvikbanen taking over operations of the line on 11 June 2006.
