Havat Skali

Havat Skali, also known as Point 792, is an Israeli settlement outpost in the West Bank. Located around four kilometres south-east of Elon Moreh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Shomron Regional Council. It was established by Yitzhak Skali in 1999, and is home to around 20 people. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Hamra, Bik'at HaYarden

Hamra is a moshav and Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located in the Jordan Valley and covering 3,500 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Bik'at HaYarden Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 132. The moshav was founded in 1971 and was initially named Atarot, before being renamed after nearby Tel Hamra. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Shomron Regional Council

The Shomron Regional Council is an Israeli regional council in the northern West Bank. It provides municipal services for the 30 Israeli settlements in the Samarian hills within its jurisdiction with a total population of about 23,600 people. The council seat is located in Elon Moreh, the offices are located in the Barkan Industrial Park. The municipal area of the Council spreads across 2,800 square kilometers.

Mekhora

Mekhora is a moshav and Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located in the Jordan Valley, it falls under the jurisdiction of Bik'at HaYarden Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 114. The moshav was founded in 1973 by a Nahal brigade, and was originally named Nahal Mekhora. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Hemdat

Hemdat is a village and Israeli settlement in the West Bank located in the Jordan River Valley on a plain at an altitude of 178 metres along the Allon Road in the municipal jurisdiction of the Bik'at HaYarden Regional Council. Other villages in the area are Ro'i, Beka'ot. The closet city, Beit Shean, is a thirty minute drive north of Hemdat. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.
