These whale shark are not in captivity. There are no nets to contained them. The fishermen are merely feeding them. I do however understand the adverse behavioural effects of feeding them. At least th ..

Putat, Cebu

Putat is a human settlement in the Philippine municipality of Tuburan, Cebu in Central Visayas which is part of the Visayas group of islands.
