Kinoguitan is a 5th class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 10,519 people in 2,043 households. The town name Kinoguitan is spelled by the old folks especially during the early 1950s as Kinogitan. Bohol Island /boʊˈhɔːl/ boh-HAWL is the main island of Bohol Province in the Visayas. It lies southeast from Cebu Island across the Cebu Strait (in some references called Bohol Strait) and southwest from Leyte Island, separated by the Camotes Sea and Canigao Channel. Bohol is also located north of Mindanao with the Bohol Sea between them.
