It is one of three sołectwos (Dmosin, Dmosin Pierwszy and Dmosin Drugi) making up the location commonly referred to as Dmosin. It lies approximately 15 kilometres north of Brzeziny and 26 km north-east of the regional capital Łódź. The village has a population of 350.

It lies approximately 14 kilometres north of Brzeziny and 26 km north-east of the regional capital Łódź. It consists of three sołectwos: Dmosin, Dmosin Pierwszy ("first Dmosin") and Dmosin Drugi ("second Dmosin"). The village has an approximate population of 1,500.
