Piotrowice Nyskie (German Peterwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Otmuchów, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 7 kilometres south of Otmuchów, 15 km south-west of Nysa, and 63 km south-west of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The village has a seventeenth century former bishop's palace which is currently being restored by the author Jim Parton.
