Bârgăuani is a commune in Neamţ County, Romania. It is composed of thirteen villages: Bahna Mare, Baratca (Barátka), Bălăneşti, Bârgăuani, Breaza (Bráza), Certieni, Chilia, Dârloaia, Ghelăieşti, Hârtop, Homiceni, Talpa (Talpa) and Vlădiceni. Girov

Girov is a commune located 11 km east of Piatra Neamţ, Romania on the road DN15D (Piatra Neamţ - Roman), on the Cracău River valley. It is composed of nine villages: Boţeşti, Căciuleşti, Dăneşti, Doina, Girov, Gura Văii, Popeşti, Turtureşti and Verşeşti. It also included Băluşeşti and Dochia villages from 1968 to 2003, when these were split off to form Dochia Commune.

It included four other villages until 2004, when they were split off to form Văleni Commune.
