Korenovsk
Korenovsk is a town and the administrative center of Korenovsky District of Krasnodar Krai, Russia, located on the Beysuzhyok Levy River 64 kilometers northeast of Krasnodar. Population: 41,166; 40,844; 35,768. It was founded in 1794 as Korenovskoye (Корено́вское). Since the end of the 19th century, it was known as the stanitsa of Korenovskaya (Корено́вская). Town status was granted to it in 1961.
