Ozherelye is a town in Kashirsky District of Moscow Oblast, Russia, located 125 kilometers south of Moscow and 10 kilometers southeast of Kashira. It is an important railway junction. Population: 10,469; 11,113; 16,231. Ozherelye was first mentioned in 1578 as a village and was granted town status in 1958.

Ozyory, Moscow Oblast

Ozyory is a town and the administrative center of Ozyorsky District of Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Oka River 157 kilometers southeast of Moscow. Population: 25,800; 25,704; 28,215. Ozyory was first mentioned in 1578 as a village named Marvinskoye Ozerko (Марвинское Озерко). In the late 18th century, it was renamed Ozerki (Озерки). In 1851, it received its present name Ozyory. It was granted town status in 1925.

Stupino Airfield

Stupino was an air base in Russia located 5 km east of Stupino. It was a military transport base until the mid-1990s, home to 436 OTAP (436th Independent Transport Aviation Regiment) under the command of Soviet Anti-Air Defense (PVO) flying Mi-8 helicopters. It is now a general aviation airport.
