The Wullenweber (the original name introduced by Dr. Hans Rindfleisch was Wullenwever) is a type of Circularly Disposed Antenna Array (CDAA) sometimes referred to as a Circularly Disposed Dipole Array (CDDA). Vatutinki

Vatutinki is a rural locality in Leninsky District of Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the Desna River, 16 kilometers southwest of Moscow. Population: 11,081; 9,581. The village is the location of a GRU base with Space Intelligence Directorate.
