Gabčíkovo–Nagymaros Dams

The Gabčíkovo–Nagymaros Dams is a large barrage project on the Danube. It was initiated by the Budapest Treaty of 16 September 1977 between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the People's Republic of Hungary. The project aimed at preventing catastrophic floods, improving river navigability and producing clean electricity.

Žitný ostrov

Žitný ostrov, also called Veľký Žitný ostrov (Great Rye Island) (German: Große Schüttinsel or Great Schütt Island, Hungarian: Csallóköz) to differentiate it from Malý Žitný ostrov (Small Rye Island) (German: Kleine Schüttinsel or Little Schütt Island, Hungarian: Szigetköz), is a river island in southwestern Slovakia, extending from Bratislava to Komárno. It lies between the Danube, its tributary Little Danube and Váh. The island is a major part of the Danubian Flat.

Stadion ETO

Stadion ETO was a multi-use stadium in Győr, Hungary. It was initially used as the stadium of Győri ETO FC matches. It was replaced by ETO Park in 2008. The capacity of the stadium was 25,000 spectators at its height, but was later reduced to 12,000.

ETO Park

ETO Park is a multi-use stadium in Győr, Hungary. It is primarily used for football and is home to Győri ETO. Opened in 2008 as a replacement for Stadion ETO, the stadium has a capacity of 16,000. The stadium complex also includes three grass practice pitches and one synthetic practice pitch, as well as two indoor pitches.
