Vellinge Municipality
Vellinge Municipality (Vellinge kommun) is a municipality in Skåne County in southern Sweden. Its seat is located in Vellinge. The present municipality is a result of the latest local government reform in Sweden. Battle of Fotevik was fought between forces of King Niels of Denmark and his son Magnus Nilsson, against those of Erik Emune on 4 June 1134 at the bay of Fotevik in Skåne. At his death, King Eric I of Denmark had two known sons who were candidates for succession to the throne, Canute Lavard and Erik Emune. Canute, as Eric's only legitimate son, had a particularly strong claim. When King Eric's younger brother Niels was selected instead, becoming King Niels, Canute was forced to flee.

A Sunny Day at Fredriksberg is an art project performed at the junction in Fredriksberg, Malmö in September 2009 by students from Bergen School of Architecture. The project is related to an ongoing architectural investigation of Malmö, recorded through the blog "City as Biotope. " The traffic junction is one in a series of large traffic machines located along the Outer Ringroad of Malmö. The site covers an area of approximately 300 000 m2, a consumption of land that needs to be discussed.
