It is situated at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|18|N|29|27|E||| | |name= }}, to the west of Dalaman creek. The distance to Acıpayam is 17 kilometres and to Denizli is 76 kilometres . The population of Dedebağı is 2209. The original name of the settlement Derasül refers to a certain Derasül Bey who migrated from Greater Khorasan to Dedebağ about eight centuries ago.

Alaattin, Denizli

Alaattin is a town in Acıpayam district of Denizli Province, Turkey. It is situated between Denizli and Acıpayam on Turkish state highway D.585 at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|28|N|29|19|E||| | |name= }}. The distance to Acıpayam is 8 kilometres and to Denizli is 23 kilometres . The population of Alaattin is 2365 as of 2011. The settlement was named after Alaattin a Turkmen tribe leader who founded the settlement in 1400s. In 1969 it was declared a seat of township.

Akkent

Akkent (former Zeyve) is a town in Çal district of Denizli Province, Turkey. It is situated at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|09|N|29|23|E||| | |name= }}, to the west of Büyükmenderes River (ancient Meander). The distance to Çal is 10 kilometres and to Denizli is 72 kilometres . The population of Akkent is 2451. The settlement was probably founded during the Germiyan Beylik era in 1200s. In 1932 the settlement was declared a seat of township.

Aydoğdu, Tavas

Aydoğdu is a village in Tavas district of Denizli Province. According to rumor, the former name of the village which was Abaz refers to Abbas, the founder of the village. During the early years of the republic the name is changed to Aydoğdu. The tomb of Abbas had been demolished but rebuilt later. Abbas as well as other gazi fighters were active during the Seljuks of Turkey era.
