Izmir Province

Izmir Province is a province of Turkey in western Anatolia on the Aegean coast, whose capital is the city of Izmir. On the west it is surrounded by the Aegean sea, and it encloses the Gulf of İzmir. İzmir Atatürk Sport Hall

İzmir Atatürk Sport Hall (Turkish: İzmir Atatürk Spor Salonu) is an indoor sport venue located in the district of Alsancak in İzmir, Turkey. The hall has a capacity for 3,000 people. Home of the basketball club Tuborgspor, it is the biggest indoor sport hall in İzmir, where competitions of basketball, volleyball and handball are held. İzmir Atatürk Sport Hall hosted basketball games of the Universiade 2005, which was held between August 11 and 21 2005 in İzmir.
