Yarpuz

Yarpuz is a village in the central district of Osmaniye Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|03|N|36|26|E||| | |name= }} it is situated in Nur Mountains and along Yarpuz creek which is actually a tributary of Ceyhan River. The distance to Osmaniye is about 20 kilometres . The population of Yarpuz is 572 as of 2011. Although presently only a village, Yarpuz was the capital of Cebelibereket sanjak during the last years of the Ottoman Empire.

Böcekli

Böcekli is a town in Düziçi district of Osmaniye Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:37|16|N|36|21|E||| | |name= }} the distance to Düziçi, is 12 kilometres . The population of the town is 2458 as of 2011. Two hundred years ago the original population of Böcekli under the leadership of certain Böcük Koca migrated from Şanlıurfa to present location. With the additional population from the then nomadic Afşar tribes they formed neighbouring villages.
