Payamdüzü is a village in Çemişgezek district of Tunceli Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:38|58|N|38|59|E||| | |name= }} it is situated at the north of the Keban Dam resorvoir. Distance to Çemişgezek is 15 kilometres and to Tunceli is 110 kilometres . The population of Payamdüzü is 565 as of 2011. The original name of the village was Sinsor which was changed to Payamdüzü (literally Almond plains) in 1947, upon the suggestion of Kâzım Karabekir.

Sarıbalta (former Komer) is a village in the Çemişgezek district of Tunceli Province, Turkey. The distance to Çemişgezek is 8 kilometres and to Tunceli is 115 kilometres . The population of Sarıbalta is 591 inhabitants as of 2011. The town was founded by people from the Şakak tribe either from Diyarbakır or from Khorasan (a province in Iran).
