Kysorychi

Kysorychi is a village located in Rivne Oblast, Ukraine. Before the 1939 Nazi German and Soviet invasions of Poland, the village was named Kisorycze and was located in Gmina Kisorycze, Sarny County, Wołyń Voivodeship in the eastern part of the Second Polish Republic. The biggest employer in the area was a glass factory in Rokitno (Рокитне) 8 km north of town, employing 400 workers.

Budki Borovskiye

Budki Borovskiye (Polish: Borowskie Budki; or, Budki Borowskie) is a village in Rivne Oblast, Ukraine. Between the world wars, the village was part of the Second Polish Republic. It was located in Gmina Kisorycze, Sarny County, in Wołyń Voivodeship; until the 1939 Soviet invasion of Poland. During the wave of massacres of Poles in Volhynia between 1942 and 1945 the village was one of hundreds of sites of mass killings by the UPA death squads aided by the local Ukrainians.

Netreba

Netreba was a village in Wołyń Voivodeship (1921–1939), in Sarny county, gmina Kisorycze, Poland, destroyed by the UPA in July 1943. Many of its residents converted to Roman Catholicism before the onset of the Nazi German and Soviet invasion of Poland in 1939, which contributed to the 1943 murderous raid by the Ukrainian death squads. The few surviving Netreba refugees built dugouts in the forest where they saved themselves.
