Woodworm Records was a record label created in 1979 to enable the British folk-rock band Fairport Convention to release their album Farewell Farewell. Barford St John and St Michael is a civil parish in the Cherwell district of Oxfordshire, England. It includes the adjacent villages of Barford St. Michael and Barford St. John, which stand either side of the River Swere. At the 2001 census the parish had a population of 520.

RAF Barford St John

Royal Air Force Station Barford St John or RAF Barford St John is a Royal Air Force station just north of the village of Barford St. John, Oxfordshire, England. It is now a non-flying facility, operated by the United States Air Force as a communications centre with many large communications aerials, and is a satellite of RAF Croughton.

Deddington Castle

Deddington Castle was in the large village of Deddington 6 miles south of Banbury, Oxfordshire. It was built on a Saxon site as a motte and bailey castle in the 11th century by Bishop Odo of Bayeux, the half brother of William the Conqueror. William de Chesney, Lord of Deddington, held the castle in the mid 12th century but in the late twelfth century it was seized by the Crown during the struggle between King Richard and his brother Prince John.
