Fordingbridge railway station

Fordingbridge was a railway station serving Fordingbridge, a small town in Hampshire. It was one of many casualties of the mass closure of British railway lines in the 1960s and 1970s. The line was officially closed on 4 May 1964 but as there was no Sunday service the last trains ran on the 2nd.

Cranborne Hundred was a hundred in the county of Dorset, England, containing the following parishes: Ashmore Belchalwell (divided between Okeford Fitzpaine and Fifehead Neville 1884) Cranborne (part) East Woodyates (created 1858) Edmondsham (part) Farnham Hampreston (part; entire from the 1860s, when the other part was transferred from Hampshire) Pentridge Shillingstone Tarrant Gunville Tarrant Rushton Tollard Royal (divided between Dorset and Wiltshire until the 1880s, when the Dorset part was transferred to Wiltshire) Turnworth West Parley Witchampton (Alderholt and Verwood were created from Cranborne in 1894)

Emmanuel CofE Middle School

Emmanuel CofE Middle School is a 9-13 Middle-deemed-Secondary school situated in the small town of Verwood, East Dorset, England. It is the only school for secondary-aged pupils in Verwood. Most pupils come from the three Verwood First schools - Verwood CofE First School, Hillside Community First School and Trinity CofE First School. On leaving Emmanuel, pupils transfer in almost equal numbers to Ferndown Upper School and Queen Elizabeth's School, Wimborne Minster.
