Rawdon Billing

Rawdon Billing, sometimes referred to as Billing Hill, is a tree-topped hill situated in Rawdon, West Yorkshire, England. Reaching an elevation of 231 metres, it is a significant landmark in the Aireborough area. The remains of a quarry, as well as concrete foundations for World War II defensive installations, can be found near the top.

Aireborough

Aireborough was an urban district in the West Riding of Yorkshire from 1937 to 1974, to the north of Leeds, England. http://www. visionofbritain. org. uk/relationships. jsp?u_id=10180107 It covered Guiseley, Yeadon and Rawdon, and was created as a merger of those three urban districts along with part of Wharfedale Rural District. The district was named after the River Aire. The district now forms part of the City of Leeds metropolitan borough.

Woodhouse Grove School ("The Grove") is an independent, coeducational, day and boarding public school and Sixth Form college in Apperley Bridge, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England for children aged between 11 and 18.
